Copyright Policy Overview
Prompts, AI models, workflows, images, tutorials and other listings on Promptix are uploaded by independent creators. We do not review every item before it is published, but we act quickly on valid notices and remove or disable access to material that is shown to infringe.
- We respond to complete notices, usually within 2 business days.
- We notify the uploader and give them the chance to send a counter-notice.
- We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Designated Copyright Agent
Send notices of claimed infringement to our designated agent. The fastest way is the form at the bottom of this page.
- Agent: وكيل حقوق النشر
- Email: haucv@bzotech.com
- Postal address: fd fdsafd
Only copyright notices
The agent only handles copyright claims. For support, refunds or other questions, please use the Contact page; messages about other topics sent to the agent will not receive a reply.
How to File a Takedown Notice
To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include all of the following (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if several works are covered).
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the exact page links on Promptix.
- Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.
Incomplete notices may be rejected or delay our response. Before filing, consider whether the use could be fair use: a notice must not be sent for material you have not checked.
What Happens After a Notice
- We review the notice and, if it is complete, remove or disable access to the material.
- We inform the uploader, share a copy of the notice (your contact details may be included) and pause any pending payout for the item.
- Buyers keep access to purchases made before removal unless a court orders otherwise; refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3)) containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or, outside the United States, any district where we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
We forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Accounts that receive multiple valid notices are suspended, and in appropriate circumstances terminated, along with their listings and pending payouts. We may also remove content that we believe infringes even without a formal notice.
Misrepresentation Warning
False claims have consequences
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. If you are unsure, seek legal advice before filing.
