All prompts, tutorials, workflows, models, and content listed on Promptix remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. By submitting content to our platform, you grant Promptix a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

• You retain full ownership of your original content.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Promptix does not claim ownership over user-generated prompts, models, or custom GPTs.

Promptix operates a multi-vendor marketplace for digital AI resources. When you sell a product on our platform, a commission fee will be deducted from your earnings.

• Standard Commission Rate: 20% per sale (subject to change).
• Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.
• Minimum payout threshold: $50.00.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and complying with applicable tax laws.

Users may upload and distribute AI model files (e.g., .safetensors, .ckpt, .json) through our platform, provided that:

• You have the legal right to distribute the file.
• The model does not contain malicious code or harmful content.
• You clearly specify the base model, license type, and any third-party dependencies.
• Promptix reserves the right to remove any files that violate our policies or infringe on third-party rights.

You agree not to use Promptix for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Uploading copyrighted or stolen content.
• Distributing malicious files, spam, or misleading information.
• Attempting to exploit the platform, users, or payment system.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent activities.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We review listings and may edit, hide, or remove any content that breaks these Terms. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, send a DMCA notice through our contact page with the URL of the content and proof of ownership.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promptix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of any content obtained through it.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes will be announced on the site or by e-mail.
